If you place an order with Cirrus, this will automatically indicate that you agree to the following terms and conditions, without exception.

Payment terms

Once you have confirmed your order, payment has been made and you receive a confirmation email from Cirrus a legally binding contract is made.

All prices shown on the website are in UK Sterling Pounds and exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order will be the total of the products in your basket plus delivery charges (if delivery is the selected method of receiving your goods). These are clearly stated in your basket at checkout. 

Cirrus reserves the right to change prices, offers and availability any time before your order is accepted. 

No credit card information is stored and customer details are not shared with third parties. 


Cirrus will endeavour to dispatch your order within up to 5 working days, however during busy periods this may extend due to demand.

All items will be dispatched together. Therefore, there may be a delay if multiple items have been ordered.

All orders within the UK will be shipped at the specified rate on checkout. At present Cirrus are not shipping internationally.

All transactions will be processed before the order is confirmed.

Returns, Exchanges and refunds

Cirrus only offers full refund (excluding postage), providing goods have not been used and are returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Cirrus does not offer exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, please return and purchase the desired item. On receipt of your return, we will process a full refund.

Every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description, images and carriage charges outlined on the website are correct. However, errors/omissions may occur.

Cirrus recommends that items are returned by Special Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. All postal charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Postage costs are refundable and our responsibility in relation to any goods which have been wrongly dispatched or faulty at the time of delivery to you, however the value of this refund is limited to a maximum P&P cost you paid for the original delivery. 

Cancellation of order

Before 9am the following morning on the day after order has been placed Purchasers can cancel their order by e-mailing support@cirruswell.com

Once you have notified Cirrus that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited from your credit/debit card will be credited to your account within 14 working days.

Voucher codes

Voucher and Discount codes must be applied at point of purchase, if you click apply once you have entered a code and it does not reduce the cost of the order please contact us before placing the order. Any orders placed without the discount code will not retrospectively have a voucher applied.

Stock availability

Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or sell out due to unprecedented demand.

If any items have been discontinued, Cirrus will endeavour to offer you an alternative item wherever possible.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the colour representation of items shown is as accurate as possible, however web colours may vary slightly from the actual product colour.


The sizing guide on the shops are for guidance only and does not guarantee garments to be exactly the same size as advertised. All sizes displayed are “to fit” rather than sizes of the garment.
